• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as visa charges, airline penalties, or booking fees).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date are not eligible for a refund.
• For partial services (e.g., hotel-only or flight-only bookings), specific cancellation and refund conditions may apply based on supplier policies.

Refund Processing

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to halimasiftour@gmail.com or through your account dashboard.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
