Welcome to halimasiftour.com. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 50% advance payment.
• The remaining amount must be paid before the journey starts unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateway.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 7 days before departure: 90% refund.
• Cancellation between 3–6 days: 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations less than 72 hours before travel.

3. Changes & Delays

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of natural calamities, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• In case of delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience.

4. Responsibilities of the Traveler

• Carry valid ID proof during travel.
• Follow the instructions of the tour guide and driver.
• Any personal loss or injury during the trip is not the company’s responsibility unless due to negligence.

5. Health & Safety

• Travelers must disclose any medical condition at the time of booking.
• All COVID-19 or other safety guidelines set by the government must be followed strictly.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared without consent.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
